This will be a supportive space to discuss challenges, share solutions and connect with colleagues and local community services who can support our young people at this crucial time.

Topics we will be exploring on the day include:

  • ​​Supporting our children's wellbeing and development

  • Safeguarding against the challenges of transitions

  • What a positive school transition looks like, and how can we create more

  • Discovering other local services and resources available to schools

Join this interactive and informative session, which is targeted at schools, education providers, parents, young people and community organizations.  This is a valuable time to share, collaborate and discover what works best for our children as they transition from primary to secondary.
